NAOUSSA ~ PAROS
The island of Paros, located on the south of Naxos, lies in the centre of the main sea routes of the Aegean
and a distance of 90 sea miles from the port of Piraeus. It is surely one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades,
with mountainous settlements and fishing villages, perfectly preserving the exceptional Cycladic architecture
and combining relaxation and recreation.
The port of the island, Parikia, is also the capital and is located on the western side
of the island, approximately 14 km from Santa Maria.
GETTING TO GREECE:
The airport you need to fly into is Athens International Airport,
Elefthérios Venizélos.
TRAVELING TO THE ISLAND:
Once in Athens you have two choices of getting to Paros – via ferry or
there is also the option of a direct flight from Athens to Paros.
By Bus: From Athens airport there is a bus that takes you to the Port of Piraeus, or
to the Port of Rafina depending on the ferry option you have selected to take you to Paros.
